All content, materials, and resources provided through our coaching program, including but not limited to videos, documents, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Kingdom Pathways Academy, beENCOUNTERed LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 Permitted Use:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials provided in the coaching program solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from our coaching program without our prior written consent.

User Conduct:

2.1 Compliance:

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our coaching program. You shall not engage in any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities that could harm the program, other users, or the reputation of Kingdom Pathways Academy and Sarah Crockett.

2.2 Prohibited Actions:

You are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:

Violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the coaching program, its servers, or any related systems or networks;

Interfering with the proper functioning of the coaching program or its security features;

Using any automated means to access, monitor, or interact with the coaching program;

Engaging in any conduct that could disrupt or harm the coaching program's integrity or performance;

Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing on others' rights.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Kingdom Pathways Academy coaching program, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or any applicable laws.

4.3 Availability:
